General information only
Information on My Mortgage Review is general and has been prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Consider whether the information is appropriate for you and obtain relevant professional advice.
Operator and credit status
My Mortgage Review is operated by KTB Finance Pty Ltd ACN 693 209 344 as trustee for the K Ebbesen Trust ABN 33 915 514 785. Mortgage broking and credit services are provided by Katrina Ebbesen, Credit Representative Number 437134, authorised under Australian Credit Licence Number 389328 held by Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd.
My Mortgage Review is not a lender and does not make lending decisions. Credit assistance is provided by Katrina Ebbesen in her capacity as a Credit Representative after considering your circumstances.
Fees and commissions
There is no fee to submit an enquiry through My Mortgage Review. If you choose to proceed, any applicable fees, commissions or other benefits will be explained in the Credit Guide and other required disclosure documents before credit assistance is provided.
Credit Guide and later-stage disclosures
If it becomes apparent that you are likely to receive credit assistance, the authorised mortgage broker will provide the applicable Credit Guide as soon as practicable. It explains the broker and licensee details, services, potential fees and commissions, and the complaints process. The website enquiry form itself is not a loan application and does not replace those documents.
No guaranteed outcomes
No approval, rate, saving, lender availability, response time or financial outcome is guaranteed. Eligibility, costs, terms and approval depend on individual circumstances and lender criteria. A lower rate may not produce a better overall outcome after fees, loan term and features are considered.
Lender panel
Katrina Ebbesen may compare products from her accredited lender panel, which may not include every lender or product in the market. The available products depend on her accreditations and your circumstances.
Other professional advice
Mortgage brokers do not replace legal, conveyancing, accounting, tax or financial advice. Seek appropriately qualified advice for those matters.
